Free Eye Check-up Camp Organized at Delhi International School, Hoshiarpur in Collaboration with Thind Eye Hospital
DIS successfully organized a free eye check-up camp today in collaboration with the renowned Thind Eye Hospital, Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar branches. The primary objective of the camp was to raise awareness about eye health among students and staff, especially in light of the increasing screen time leading to vision-related issues.
Key Highlights of the Camp:
Over 200 students from classes 10 to 12 underwent eye examinations.
Teachers, administrative, and support staff also took advantage of the opportunity.
The camp featured modern diagnostic equipment for vision screening, preliminary diagnosis, and individual consultations.
Students diagnosed with eye issues were provided with free referral slips for further consultation and treatment at Thind Eye Hospital without any OPD charges.
